The City that Never Sleeps

The city of Istanbul is an amazing mix between the east and the west cultures. You can feel the Orient but it is not as much as you thought it would be. The people are much more hospitable than I expected. The city is quite huge and it has almost 15 million citizens.  There you should not worry getting lost lost, you just need to follow the tram line number 38 and you will go to the old town. You shouldn't also worry that you will feel hungry because there are candy shops on every corner and you can taste their delicious meals for free. Of course, after that you will be so addicted and craving for more that you will not leave without buying anything filled with sugar!

I really love little lanterns like in your pictures! I would love to be able to hook them up into my room, but there is no way of doing it! So i have resorted to ordering some fairy lights instead after seeing them in Camden Market :)
